-
4 skewers
-
20 frozen extra-crispy tater tots
-
seasoned salt, to taste
-
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
-
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
-
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes, then lay out to dry.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add tater tots in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. Check for crispiness, then remove from the oven. Season with seasoned salt.
Thread 4 tater tots onto each skewer, turning to make sure the skewer lays flat. Surround skewers with remaining loose tater tots. Sprinkle skewers with Cheddar cheese, and mozzarella.
Bake until cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes. Turn the oven to Broil and broil skewers until cheese is bubbling. Remove from the oven.
Transfer skewers to a plate and sprinkle with bacon and green onion. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
