Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 pound mild Italian sausage

  • 25 ounces frozen 3-cheese ravioli

  • 6 ounces baby spinach leaves

  • 1 (24-ounce) jar vodka sauce

  • 1 (6-ounce) jar basil pesto

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).


  • Crumble sausage into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Drain.


  • Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil ravioli for 2 minutes; drain.


  • Spread drained sausage in the bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with ravioli.


  • Layer spinach over ravioli. Pour vodka sauce evenly over spinach. Spoon pesto evenly over the top. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.


  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and ravioli is heated through, about 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
