  • 2 peeled frozen bananas, cut into chunks

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened kefir (such as Lifeway®)

  • 3 tablespoons caramel syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Add bananas, Kefir, caramel syrup, and vanilla to a blender, and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

    Cook’s Note

    If you want your smoothie sweeter, just add a bit more caramel syrup or a little sugar.
