  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

  • 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, plus more for garnish

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • saltine crackers, for serving

  • Gather all ingredients.

  • Add sour cream, Cheddar, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika to a large bowl; stir until evenly combined.
