You hear it at the end of every commercial: "Arby’s, we’ve got the meats." And that familiar voice is right, Arby’s does have a great selection—from roast beef to chicken and burgers.
Somehow, the fast food chain has managed to add more and more meats to the menu over the years, from deep-fried turkey to wagyu, and even a ground elk and venison burger. Now, Arby’s is adding two all-new meaty sandwiches to its lineup—and they come from an unlikely celebrity duo.
Arby’s is teaming up with Anthony Anderson and Cedric The Entertainer’s AC Barbecue sauce brand to release two new barbecue sandwiches this summer.
Arby's Releases New Barbecue Sandwiches

Anderson and Cedric aren’t just great at making people laugh, they’re great at barbecuing, too. The friends and grilling lovers joined forces to bring AC Barbecue and its line of rubs and sauces to life in 2023. The pair has since opened campus kitchens at Jackson State University, the University of Cincinnati, and four other schools, and have plans to open their first sit-down restaurant at the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles.
But, before Anderson and Cedric bring their barbecue to LA, the pitmasters are going national with their Arby’s partnership. Arby’s is releasing two new sandwiches, each made with a quarter pound of meat—and they’re both AC Barbecue approved.
Arby’s new Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich features melt-in-your-mouth tender meat that’s been hickory-smoked for 13 hours and topped with garlicky dill pickles on a sesame seed bun. The new Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich is hickory-smoked for six hours and topped with the same sweet, garlicky dill pickles on a sesame seed bun.
Both sandwiches come paired with your choice of AC Barbecue sauce—either Cedric’s Sweet Bussin Brown Sugar Sauce or Anthony’s Spicy Chipotle Smoke Sauce. Cedric’s sauce has a sweeter, more caramelized, tangy barbecue flavor, while Anderson’s sauce packs a smoky, spicy punch thanks to the chipotle peppers.
Both new sandwiches are hitting Arby’s menus at participating restaurants nationwide beginning April 28. The Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich and Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich—along with the Arby’s exclusive Cedric’s Sweet Bussin Brown Sugar Sauce and Anthony’s Spicy Chipotle Smoke Sauce—will be available for a limited time starting at just $5.99. Now that’s a meaty deal you can’t pass up.
