Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 2 naan breads

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, or as needed

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

  • 1 cup shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese

  • 6 sandwich-sliced dill pickle slices

  • 1/3 cup chopped cooked bacon

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, or more to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.


  • Place naan breads on the prepared baking sheet; brush each with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and dill. Top each naan with 1/2 cup cheese. Lightly dry dill pickle slices and place evenly on top of cheese.


  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and the edges are nice and brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with bacon and ranch dressing. Serve warm.
