If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I’ll never be ashamed of my love for boxed mac and cheese. Yes, there are delicious homemade mac and cheese recipes out there—Tini’s viral recipe is one of the best. But, if you think I’m going to shred two pounds of cheese every time I’m craving gooey, cheesy, comforting mac and cheese, then you’re underestimating just how often I eat the dish.
That’s why having a box—or a few boxes—of mac and cheese in my pantry is a must for quick and easy weeknight meals. Growing up, our pantry was filled with Kraft until we graduated to Annie’s White Cheddar, which has been my go-to ever since. However, another boxed mac and cheese brand has recently taken off on social media—and for good reason.
Goodles, the high-protein, fiber-packed mac and cheese founded by actress Gal Gadot, has become the “it” mac and cheese brand for adults and kids alike. The brand has quite a few flavors and noodle shapes, like the best-selling Cheddy Mac and Twist My Parm varieties, plus options for those with dietary restrictions, like gluten-free and vegan macs.
Now, Goodles is expanding both its traditional and squeezy cheese line with three new products.
Goodles Releases 3 New Mac and Cheese Flavors

This spring, Goodles is introducing new Thrilled Cheese and Dreamy Creamy original mac and Queso Tell Me More squeezy cheese mac to its lineup.
Goodles’ Thrilled Cheese is a grilled cheese-inspired variety with buttery flavors and real American cheese. The spiral noodles, made from chickpea proteins, are coated in a mixture of Cheddar, American, and Gouda cheeses.
The new Dreamy Creamy offering is perfect for those who like their mac and cheese extra gooey and cheesy, as the shells are coated in Cheddar, Gouda, and Romano cheeses, plus cream cheese.
Lastly, the new squeezy cheese flavor, Queso Tell Me More, is a Tex-Mex-style mac and cheese with a hint of queso-inspired spice from green chiles. The deluxe Cheddar cheese sauce also features tomato, green pepper, and onion flavors.
The two new original-style mac and cheeses feature 14 grams of protein and seven grams of fiber per serving, and the squeezy cheese mac has 16 grams of protein and seven grams of fiber per serving. All three mac and cheese offerings are available to purchase on Goodles’ site now and Dreamy Creamy is also being sold on Walmart’s site. Later in April, Target will begin stocking Thrilled Cheese and Walmart stores will sell Queso Tell Me More.
