Danone Wave has issued a recall for select International Delight coffee creamers after the company received complaints that the creamers were spoiled, leading to illnesses. The recall was initiated on Feb. 21, 2025, and on March 12, 2025, the FDA classified it as “Class II,” meaning the product may cause “temporary” or “reversible” health consequences.
The recall impacts more than 12,500 cases of two International Delight coffee creamer varieties that were sold at stores across 31 states. Select bottles of International Delight Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll coffee creamer and International Delight Hazelnut coffee creamer are impacted by this recall.
How to Identify the Recalled International Delight Coffee Creamers

You’ll know if you have the recalled International Delight creamers if they have the following information on the bottle:
- 32-ounce Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll Creamer: UPC 0 41271 01993 3; Best-By Date July 3, 2025; Plant Code 51-4114 R-S
- 32-ounce Hazelnut Creamer: UPC 0 41271 02565 2; Best-By Date July 3, 2025; Plant Code 51-4114 R-S
The products were sold in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
No other International Delight products are impacted by this recall.
Danone recalled the products out of an abundance of caution after it was discovered the creamers didn’t meet quality standards and were spoiling early, which led to a texture issue, according to a release issued by wholesaler SpartanNash on Feb. 24. However, it appears there have since been reports of illnesses caused from the spoiled creamers as the FDA cites the reason for the recall as “firm received complaints of spoilage and illness with the use of the products.”
What To Do if You Have the Recalled Product
If you have the recalled International Delight creamers, you should not consume them. Instead, throw them away or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
